Adding Sermon Notes to Live Streams
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to add sermon notes to upcoming live streams for viewers to download during the service.
Key Steps
Access the Streaming Dashboard 0:00
- Navigate to the streaming dashboard.
- Click on the 'upcoming' tab.
Edit Upcoming Service 0:11
- Locate the upcoming service you want to edit.
- Click on the 'edit' button for that service.
Add Sermon Notes File 0:23
- Scroll down to the section for adding files.
- Click on 'choose file'.
- Select the sermon notes PDF from your computer and click 'open'.
Update the Event 0:37
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click the 'update' button to save changes for this single event.
Repeat for Second Service (if applicable) 1:01
- If there is a second service, navigate to it.
- Select the simulated stream option.
- Repeat the steps to add the sermon notes file and update the instance.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure the sermon notes PDF is correctly formatted and named before uploading.
- Double-check that you are updating the correct service to avoid confusion.
Tips for Efficiency
- Prepare all sermon notes files in advance to streamline the process.
